  1. How do I know if my product will arrive safely?

    We do everything we can to package our products as carefully as possible. If anything arrives damaged, we will ensure you receive a replacement free of charge.

  2. Is my transaction secure?

    Yes, 100%. In addition to the guarantees provided by your bank, credit card, or PayPal, you also have protection as established by Dutch law. We are an official company based in the Netherlands and comply with all regulations. If you are not satisfied with your products, you can always exchange them or get your money back.

  3. How can I return something?

    It's very simple! Just send an email to info@copaindevin.nl with the reason for your return.

    Return the product and keep the shipping receipt safe. Once we receive the product, we will promptly issue a refund or send a new product. You can expect to see your money returned to your account within 1-3 business days.
