Return Period
There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps the product isn’t to your liking, or there could be another reason for not wanting the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are your responsibility.

How does it work?
To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@copaindevin.com
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to register your return shipment. Please return the package to us according to the instructions provided.
After we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.

Please note that if the product is damaged or the packaging is more worn than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. Therefore, we kindly ask that you handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return.
